# Payouts

A payout represents details of funds received from the acquirer. Payouts are made on varying schedules, depending on your acquirer.
Each payout groups the individual transactions it settles — charges, refunds, chargebacks, reserve movements and fees. These are represented as payout transaction objects and can be listed for a given payout.
